There are a number of reasons why NOAA report upload might fail.
The first is that creation and upload occurs as part of the daily rollover, so the upload only happens from the day after the settings are adjusted to create reports.

Can you view the NOAA reports in the admin interface (Reports menu? If you can see them there, the reports were created at last rollover, and MX definitely did attempt to upload the 2 reports.

Can you follow the instructions at https://cumuluswiki.org/a/What_to_do_wh ... em_with_MX and switch on enhanced debug logging, plus switch on the FTP logging.
Leave MX running with those settings until after the next rollover when MX should attempt an upload of the reports again. In that attempt, the reason for failure will be logged in the MXDiags file and/or the upload logging. The instructions tell you where to find the files to include in the zip and how to attach that zip when you post again.

Could be useful to see a screenshot of what settings you have selected. It is just possible that you made a mistake in the settings (as the settings page does not give advice for critical settings) and the mistake should be obvious to those who watch posts here.
The FTP directory field is meant to contain a path from the FTP root, but you are not told that. This is the most likely place to make a mistake.
The filename fields are sometimes filled out incorrectly, but an error here would mean the reports were not visible in admin interface.
Although it does not cause an obvious problem and does not affect uploading, the UTF-8 setting should be ticked to be compatible with the admin interface where the report viewer uses that encoding.

The instructions I linked to earlier tell you how to attach a zip to a reply in this forum, I suggest you also include in that zip a copy of any web page you plan to use to view the reports on your web server. That will allow whoever responds to you to confirm you will be able to view the reports when the uploading works.

The reports are there in the reports menu.

What time should the NOAA files be updated? I would think midnight.

I have the FTP directory path as just NOAA....so maybe it needs to be public_html/username/noaa/

I will keep trying!

What do you have in the settings for Remote FTP Directory in Web/FTP site section on the Internet settings page?
If that is public_html/username, then your guess will be right. If you have something else there, adjust the path for NOAA accordingly.

Same time as other aspects of rollover - the notes at https://cumuluswiki.org/a/MX_Basic_info ... ay_Process relate to version 3.5.x, but Mark has not supplied any update! EDIT: The link has been updated

If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Then quit. There's no point in being a damn fool about it.
If you switch on debugging and FTP logging, you will see what MX is doing, the directories being used, the time when each task is attempted, what is working, what is failing, and why. Yes, the output is lengthy, and some of it might be baffling, but a scanning read should be able to spot the useful items. This would answer your questions and be easier than keeping on trying based on guesswork.
