Version 3.6.11

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Your announcement post says Patch release 3.6.11 - b3087, but in https://github.com/cumulusmx/CumulusMX/ ... /CumulusMX everything updated yesterday is labelled b3078!

says Patch release 3.6.11 - b3087
is correct according to the MS-DOS dialogue server window.

Not quite everything ;)
The main pull request had a typo in the title, a secondary commit used 3087, but the main thing is the release is correctly tagged 3087.
