Update Breaks MySQLi

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Update Breaks MySQLi

Post by stefanbagnato »

I can't see to be able to update from 3050 to the latest release. Everything SEEMS to go fine, but if I look at any of the tables in mysqli they stop updating. However, I can still see realtime data output to my website. It's almost as if the data is being written to some other table. No SQL permissions have changed and everything is hosted locally (thus no ftp issues).

Have you read the release posts for each release since 3050? IIRC there have been changes that may affect SQL inserts. "Feels like" temperatures being added, for instance.

Yes, but it wouldn't affect all data being imported. As in the time just stops and no new rows are inserted.

I was forced to upgrade due to the attached picture. Somehow my dashboard was displaying all metric units even though the data is Imperial. I don't know how this happened and no combination of restores would fix it.
