Cumulus Support

I just set my station up and installed cumulus. everthing went well. then i wanted to change the logging time in the station from 30 min to 5 min so i installed easyweather and made the change. that too appeared to work ok. but since then, cumlus just shows 0 in the display and doesnt create / add to the data file. i tried a reboot, reinstall etc but no luck. easyweather continues to display ok, i have trial of weather display software and its ok as well. i'm stuck - any ideas \? the station itself is showing all well, and like i said the other 2 software can grab the data and display, just not cumulus

Could you zip up and attach the diags folder, please?

I ended up pulling the batteries and resetting the unit last night. After that cumulus started working again. So all is good but i have no explanation. did you still want to see some of the logs ? And thanks for the quick response. My initial impressions of the software are good ... and cumulus 2 looks great. And by the way ... when cumulus wasn't working, cumulus 2 was. ( other than the frequent crashes when i tried to do various things). thanks again

I suspect that the logs would just show that Cumulus was unable to find the station, but not explain why.
