Banners

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Banners

Post by KitKat »

Hi would anyone care to share or point me to the installation and code for a banner that I could customise for my web sites and signiture. My php knowledge is sparse but it could be a good project for a starter. I host my own site so have web space. Paul

The original codes author has sadly passed on ...

The php script is available from here and the forum topic is here, although there have been many tweaks and additions over the years.

The version in the zip file won't have the mod to add a background image, but that can be found in the thread.

For examples and guidance you can view the code of anyones banner by banner.php?view=sce

When you visit the forum thread I suggest you start two thirds the way in ;)
