If I am being stupid say so but when there is no data for a webtag (e.g. #ByMonthTempH mon=1 in my case as the station was not running in January) it returns "---". Is there a way to get it to return "000" instead?

You could process the string afterwards to convert --- to anything you like.
Strictly, --- is a better representation for missing than is the value zero (which could be a real temperature or wind speed).

I know I could process the string but just wondered if there was a webtag way. If not the coding will have to be done.

Hi David, the answer is no, it will always return dashes for records with no value.
