On this link I can see the updated Cumulus.exe modified by Mark but nowhere can I see the full installation file. It's been years since I last ran it and on checking my backups I don't appear to have a copy. Does one exist?

It is on Downloads page in Wiki, that was replaced by software page at some point.
I am on my mobile phone as my home is being rewired and I can't use my pc to find link, but I think it is still linked by faq about update to new release.
There was a recent topic about all this. Search on Freddie recent posts.

The installer is here https://cumuluswiki.org/Downloads/CumulusSetup.exe . I have updated the Wiki downloads area to download the full installer version.
