Year to date rainfall with Weatherlink Live

I'm new to CumulusMX but got it running with Weatherlink live no problem at all. Because it's a new weather station, I added a "year to date" rainfall amount in Weatherlink.com to cover the missing estimated rainfall from Jan to now. The problems arise when I now go back to CumulusMX:-

CumulusMX displays the added rainfall as having all fallen in the last 10 minutes on the rain graph (which isn't a problem), but on the Gauges page, the rainfall gauges is stuck in a repeating loop counting from zero to maximum.

I know I can add a rainfall year-to-date in Cumulus under Station Settings, but that would mean I'd have to remove it from Weatherlink.com. So at the minute it seems I can't get both Weatherlink and CumulusMX to behave in a co-ordinated manner.

Any ideas?
Thanks

You need to set todays rain back to whatever the value should be now for today. Things will still look a bit odd in places but it will sort itself out when it does the day rollover.
Then the next day (you can do it all at once but its more complex), stop MX and set the rainfall Year to date total, and month to date total. Then you should be sorted.

It easier of course if you set the WLL year to date total before hooking up MX to it - hindsight is a wonderful thing

Thanks for the quick reply. I reset MX to scratch then redownloaded the historic data as I've a Pro subscription. Seems to have fixed it!
