Hi all,

I have some strange things going on with and since the CMX 4.0 beta 4019 :

- in CUtags.php the error section needed to be commented out
- I can't upload any more the extremes.html file :

note i changed extremesT.html to extremesMXT.html to follow coorectly the how to, even extremesT will not do it.

Anybody seen the same.

If it exists, please try deleting the file wwwrooot/Cumulus/extremes.html. Likewise if the file wwwrooot/Cumulus/extremes.htmltmp exists, try deleting it.

Wow - An error in the Opt 2.2.7 extremes HowTo.txt !!

Should be

@BCJKiwi : can happen, I mentioned it only to prevent getting reply's as in 'follow the how to' , not to fingerpoint in any way.

@mcrossley : deleting the html file in my wwwroot (htmltmp wasn't there), was one of the first things I tried. Without success.

The last extremes entry in the file are from the end of March 24, before I installed the V4 beta.

The only thing I did after the V4 beta install was a cleanup of bad data (-17.8 °C on 1 jan 1970 for example (due to fall out of my weatherstation)),
that's how I spotted the issue (I expected those bad data extremes to be gone too).

Maybe there was a comma, semicolon or empty field somewhere when editing the file?

Hi,

I edited the data through the CMX edit function, replacing 'bad data' with for example the monthly high temperature or whatever for that day.

(double click on correct monthly data, replaces automatically the bad day data)...

I did a new create missing, and at the end of the day, the extremes.html got uploaded.

I have a problem setting the template up, the gauges will not work and no translation.....

Hi,
Doing an F12 in Edge it shows several errors and files not found. It is important to follow Brian's HowTo for both the main template and the Options so that the template can find the data files needed - i.e. the template files realtime-x CUtags realtimetags as well as the CMX realtime and realtimegauges.

Does it indicate in your MXdiags that the upload are successful? Is the upload path correct for where MXUI template is looking for them? - i.e. https://www.wetterstation-bischberg.de/ ... time-x.txt and https://www.wetterstation-bischberg.de/ ... gauges.txt is not found?

It seems you are already running another template (Weather Blues). If you want to use the same common files for Weather Blues and MXUI then you will need to change some settings or code so that both can find the needed files. I run MXUI from the same folder for

You just need to make sure each template can find the files it needs for updating.

Yes, you're making good progress.
Oops, spoke too soon... I presume you are doing various edits...

The cloudbase is one of the Options, like Extremes, Annual Data, Reports, and Davcon. You need to upload the websiteMX files and add the webMX files to your CMX Extra webfiles for processing and uploading.
