If it works it will save an awful lot of heartache !

but there are 2 errors that escape me the first one concerns how the current daily data page is viewed
Have you FTP all the files and folders, including css from the annualdata\webfilesMX to your remote?
the second is trivial, but I can't find where I can change this slot
This is controlled by the index.php
There you will find the various block options, including the indxblk_filler.php. These are displayed or replaced depending on your settings and which data items you have selected to display.
You could also edit the indxblk_filler.php with a different image.

Enjoy,
Paul
thanks in the meantime. on the "royal" I fixed ... cabbage.
In css I loaded in the ftp betal_datasummery which was in the option file and is regularly loaded. the data can be seen but are poorly paginated.

For 2nd issue, read line 215 (onwards) of How To that Brian provided with his download.
You are displaying the default Filler.
The "How To" says you should edit line 111 (onwards) of settings.php on your web server.
thank you. resolved

Please check your dayfile.txt very carefully for incorrect content (yr 21)
eg.

Hi,
Yes I can see the \css\betel_datasummary_mx.css

However, in looking at your dayfile.txt you have some issues over the past month, and maybe earlier but didn't check it further.
Seems ok until 16/03/21 then there have been a number of data items added
The next date is 22/03/21 so some days are missing, which shouldn't be the cause of your display problem though
Then ok until 08/04/21
Next is 10/04/21 followed by 09/04/21 and 10/04/21 repeated
Then ok from 11/04/21 to current.

Possibly that first 10/04/21 could be an issue in displaying annual data.

Enjoy,
Paul

thank you . I corrected the date 10/04/2021. data is missing in March. I knew this. time that the error is in the dayfile passage from cumulus1 to cumulusmx. I copied the file but this is probably not good. time the error is right in the dayfile :bash: :bash:

The dayfile on your site http://riminimeteocitta.altervista.org/dayfile.txt is not the same as your attached.
You can wait for the End of Day FTP (if you have set it to do that) to update it, or do a manual FTP now.

You will also need to check your Extremes as that is not formatting correctly.

Enjoy,
Paul

maybe I found an error but I don't know why. I did the test by deleting all the data from 17/03/21 and everything is perfectly visible. from 22/03/21 (I started using cumulusmx) I have more data as shown in the photo. this does not allow a correct view. now where am I wrong?
dayfile.txt
this is now the dayfile that appears on ftp.
if you look from 22/03/21 there are basically a lot of data in +

Hi,
If you fix your dayfile then annualdata will likely display correctly.
The 3 lines that shown on your Annual Data are 22/03/21 23/03/21 and 24/03/21 and these 3 lines use a point (.) decimal and a comma (,) separator which I presume is incorrect for you.
The other dates use a comma (,) decimal and a semicolon (;) separator which I presume is correct for you.

Enjoy,
Paul

Regardless ... can we apply the dp modifier (2dp) to the <#ET> in realtime-xT ?
Yes, it works for dot decimals and can see no reason why it would not work for comma decimals but would need to be tested.

@ mcrossley
Day ET This value is sent as the 1000th of an inch.
The resolution provided by a Davis Pro station for Evapotranspiration is 0.01" or 0.1mm, the same as Rainfall.

ET is a running total for the day and can be zero or positive but always only 2 meaningful decimal places.
So, what is MX doing to generate additional decimal places and how meaningful are they?

If dp=2 is applied to the ET webtag, is the artificially extended resolution rounded, truncated or what?

It will be rounded for mm, as supplied for inches.

It is pointless to continue arguing about it as MX does not use it, but according to the Davis protocol document, the VP2 provides daily ET to 1000th of an inch, my quote is from the document.

Hi,
I have several remarks:
- It seems there is a bug about the temperature and humidity gauges in gauges.php. The commentary inside the gauges refer to inside temp/humidity while they report the outside ones.
- still in gauges.php, the "Apparent" radio button is never translated. I have not succeded to find the error in language.min.js
- with Chrome at first load of the website, when the default is not English, the translation is only executed after the first refresh (10s), is there a way to execute it immediately ?
it works better with Edge.

Thanks
