Instructions for Web Server

I had an extended period of ill health in the Autum and returned to discover that Cumulus MX had stopped updating my web server.
I checked the settings etc and managed to get a single synchronisation to work. The index.htm file on my site appears to be stuck at 00:15 on 16 January 2020.
I've decided the best option is to rebuild the web directory but I cannot find the instructions. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
