Cumulus Realtime

I`ve been playing with this for 2 days now, as time allows. Everything was operating perfectly using, Cumulus 1.8.8 build 175 with realtime 1.0.5, until I installed gadget 1.7. I thought it was 1.,7, wiki site shows me v1.6 link, and in the gadet it shows me as using v1.2?
I am still playing with it but the problem to me is CumulusRealtime.xml, both realtime 1.0.5 and gadet seem to use this same file which to me seems to be the problem.
After installing gadet, realtime stopped working. I was able to get to realtime working after reloading the realtime files, however with not understanding it was with just luck, and now I`am back to realtime not working and gadet only working at times.
Just wondering if anyone has both working, if so then the problem is with me and I will work on it, but a few pointers would be nice.

Hi DrMD, and Welcome to the fourm

Just to clear up the confusion on version numbers......

The Sidebar Gadgets is on version 1.2, but it relies on XML Webtags version 1.7. I've modified the Wiki page to make it a bit more obvious (i.e. you are downloading another tool before using 'The Sidebar Gadget') http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/index.php?ti ... bar_gadget

I've not actually installed the two of them together so not sure I can help, however maybe drop a Private Message to claydon_dan as he is the author of The Sidebar Gadget

As I was kinda figuring it was my fault, I made to many changes for me to keep track of and had a total mess with the PC/files and server/files.
I have both working now, nothing works better at that point then deleting everything and starting over to clear things up.
