Very odd. Some sort of glitch in the charting component, I guess, since the data is clearly OK as shown by the small graph. You could try changing the colour - but I suspect that won't make any difference, I think it's just not plotting the line. A restart of Cumulus may well fix it.
Edit: actually, the times on the large rain rate graph are wrong, aren't they? I guess it got stuck. A restart should fix it.
