Your settings for realtime.txt seems ok but you could try ../realtime.txt instead.

However there seems to be some odd characters in https://kairos.moudania.com/realtime.txt and not sure if that causes an issue.

That is interesting...
Also in relation to the recent locale problems in the installation. It seems to me to be an 8/16 bit character thing. So a UTF8/16 or otherwise character defining issue. I will write a message to Mark concerning these two issues pointing at this possibility. In this case specifically in the windirection abbreviations.

Unfortunately my Greek is a bit rusty these days so I can't really find what system is being used. Could you, @dimitris, specify which versions of Linux, Mono and which locale you are using? Or is it a PC with Cumulus 1.9.4?
