Cumulus Support

Thanks Hans _ I am finally uploading to Windy. As usual I mixed and matched from a few posts and still seem to have an old SSL when querying it (v 1.1.1d 10 Sept 2019) but the main thing is that it's working so I'll stop whilst I'm ahead.
