Unable to get Cumulus MX to run

I am unable to get cumulus mx to run, It just enters what looks like a command prompt screen and I am unsure what it is asking me to do.

I am pretty useless with stuff like this so its probably something I am doing from my end.

That is the usual CumulusMX startup screen.
As noted in the DOS command prompt screen
Cumulus is running at http://*:8998/
(Replace * with any IP address on this machine, or localhost)

In a browser enter that URL but in place of the * in the example replace it with your computer's local IP address, something like http://192.168.0.13:8998/ but use your own IP address followed by the :8998/
or in the browser enter http://localhost:8998/
and the interface will come up.

You can do this from any computer on your home network.
