Exception reading archive data

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Exception reading archive data

Cumulus MX is not downloading archive data from my Davis VP2. The log entry says:
Exception occurred reading archive data: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I'm using 3.0.0 b3045 in a docker container with mono 5.16.0.179.

Is this a incompatibility with mono 5.x/5.16?
