Cumulus Support

Hi,

This has come out of the blue, was hoping to gather some good data regarding Storm Deirdre and Cumulus isn't getting any data instead I am getting the red error message is flashing with error '16/12/2018 12:04:57 : The station is not initialised
16/12/2018 12:04:57 : Byte 0 = 12 Byte 1 = 15
16/12/2018 12:04:57 : Try resetting the console


Can anybody help ive reinstalled Cumulus but that didnt work..seems to be a software issue?

Make sure you totally reset the station by removing the batteries and the USB cord and wait for 20 seconds and then put them back in and restart it.

I did the abovementioned solution for about 20 times, but I still get the error:

2/2/2024 10:00:25 μμ : The station is not initialised
2/2/2024 10:00:25 μμ : Byte 0 = 7F Byte 1 = FF
2/2/2024 10:00:25 μμ : Try resetting the console

I've changed the usb chord but nothing worked..

Do you have any other suggestions that might help me fix this issue?

If you done this about 20 times it would suggest your Fine Offset has finally bitten the dust and you need a new weather station.

Really?? I can't believe that it works so well, but it can't connect to my pc..
