Cumulus Support

I've a problem...well...one friend

He's trying to upload data with cumulus, but only can do it one time...then when he goes to web folder the xxxxT.htm is desapear...

PCE-FWS 20
Windows 7
Cumulus 1.8.8

What can we do?

P.D.: i think my child write english quite well than me (they're 5 and 8)

I don't understand how the template files can disappear, Cumulus doesn't delete them. It may be something to do with it being Windows 7 - you know about 'virtualstore', yes?

Now, I'd installed Cumulus in C:/Cumulus...the same problem...only one update

Maybe the ftp is hanging up after the first update - try turning on ftp log and debug log, and we can see if there's anything useful in there.
