I see no mention of the Weather Monitor II. Do I assume that Cumulus is not compatible?

That's correct. However, because Davis are very good at supplying every last detail of their protocol, and because it is quite similar to the VP2 protocol, it's quite likely that one day it will be. But as with everything, it's finding the time...
