Gust versus Speed

Post by opticsman0127 »

If I look at the wind gusts plotted against wind speed on my web site, the relationship and differences are clear to see. http://www.barrypemb.f2s.com

However, if I plot the two same set of values on 'Select a Graph', the difference in the 2 graphs, the gust aspect, is considerably different. The wind speed is the same in both graphs but the gust is different.

Am I setting up something wrong or, are the values different in some way. Attached screenshot of Select a graph

The Select-A-Graph is plotting the 10-minute 'peak gust', and you have the other graph set to plot the 'latest gust'. I should probably offer both as an option on Select-A-Graph (or at least make that plot the same as whatever you've selected for the main graph).

If both were linked and/or an option to choose, that would be great. Sorry to cause any work

Thanks Steve

I'll see what I can do.

By the way, you will be pleased to hear that I have just stumbled across a way to make the legend lines thicker...
