1st Installation will not run........

Installed MX over a copy of Cumulus 1.9 with data going back to 2009.

It ran initially but was not picking up data from my Oregon WMR200. I closed everything down and restarted but can only now get in the console the following:

That error usually occurs if you are not running MX as administrator (from the right click menu or from an administrator command window).
