Unable to get older data

Hi,

I just tried to set up cumulus on my PC today and even if the live data is the same as on my display, Cumulus does not seem to load older data. Records older than my first connection to Cumulus are unavailable. I should get a minimum of two months of data witch is stored in my display.

If someone can help...many thanks

My station is an aercus WS 2083, running windows 10
