which one is more important air temperature or wind chill?
i got new computer right now so i lost my all my records from my old PC memory is in other OLD PC

Air temperature!
as that indicates frost, etc. and a basis for determining other data.

A wind chill is calculated from temperature and wind speed and only applicable within certain ranges of temp and wind speed!
