Hi To All,
My computer or the software seemed to freeze for a few hours with no data been recorded
I have rebooted my computer and all seems to be working apart from I now get the following message in the debug window about every few seconds.
Request EW data block, addr = 000000
Request EW data block, addr = 003370
Data: 0C 4C 4A 00 63 30 00 85 26 00 00 00 08 DA 01 00
If anyone could throw any light on the subject as to why, I would be happy to hear what has gone wrong and how to fix it.
Regards to all,
Tim (Telford UK)

You say it 'froze' - or was it running but recording the same data repeatedly? This happens when it loses contact with the station. If you look in Nov09log.txt, you should be able to see whether this is actually what was happening.
If you zip up the diags folder and attach it, I'll have a look to see if I can see what happened.

Thanks for having a look Steve
Enclosed as requested is the diags folder as a zip file.
I dont know if this helps, but it has only just started to do this (last few days)
Best regards,
Tim

Re: Request EW data block
Your station is disappearing from the USB (becoming unplugged):
2009-11-10 07:38:14 : 07:38:14 EWUSB: HidControl Device Unplug
I don't know what causes this - some sort of hardware problem I guess - maybe the cable? I know that others have had similar problems and fixed it by changing cables or moving to a different USB port.
