I am afraid that Cumulus Mx does not work on Windows XP as is does not have the correct level of .Net installed and never will.
In the FAQ here
https://cumulus.hosiene.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=12943 it states
•Cumulus MX on Windows requires .NET 4.5 and hence will not run on the obsolete Windows XP

So none of the Cumulus releases will work on XP?

There is no selection for the WMR968 but the Help Instructions say use the WMR918.
It does not seem to be working
Suggestions?

Can I suggest you open another Topic in the Cumulus 1, Oregon Scientific forum as this will allow Users of this equipment to answer as this is the MX forum.
