Hello, I'm trying to connect my VP2 to CumulusMX, but when I'm going to start the CumuluxMX the console says "Unable to connect to station".

I use a Raspberry Pi 1 B+ with the last Raspbian version.

This looks wrong, it should be something starting with "/dev/" - where did you get "serial0" from? What does 'dmesg' say the port is?

By the way, why have you disabled LOOP2? Do you have very old firmware?

Okay, now it's working.

Was the serial name, it was only "serial" and the path is "/dev/serial"

Now is "Normal working"

You are apparently trying to use data from running Cumulus with settings which didn't use decimal points and comma separators - your dayfile.txt has semicolons in it. You are now using British settings, so the system can't read your old data.

Have you edited the commas in your ini files, as in the instructions?

You need to read the MX instructions and FAQ, in particular the part about editing the ini files, and the part that says that Mono 3.2.8 does not work with locales which use commas for decimal separators.

Can I solve the problem putting the locale in en_GB again? Mono doesn't work fine with this Raspberry model.

That's the simplest and most reliable solution, yes, if you are happy to use UK-style decimal numbers. But to use your existing data, you will need to edit all of the files and first change comma "," to full stop "." and then semicolon ";" to comma ",".

Now it's working fine. I edited all files and the locale is in en_GB. Thank you very much!
