Corrected the issues with the charts and uploaded a new package to the wiki.
I am sorry, but I cannot find this package on the wiki.
Searched around and found this:
Code: Select all
The Alternative Public Website
Page content will be provided at the next release of this product.

Neil just for some feeback. my last version of the public website was using ws-extra.js instead of site-manager.js.
anyhow dropped all the files into place but i didnt get any data showing at all.
looked at the datapath which was:
Code: Select all
let dataPath = 'data'; // Set to the path where your data is uploaded
my old ws-extras had this:
Code: Select all
let dataPath = ''; // Set to the path where your data is uploaded
so I removed the "data" value and now its working as planned. seems the "data" value is NOT default, but thats what was in mine version of the downloded file, so it needs to be changed.

Hi.
You’ll find it at
https://www.cumuluswiki.org/a/Default_W ... evelopment
Be aware that you will need to set the location of the data, it is currently set to
or something like that.
Neil.

Niel, that maybe the case but the documentation states otherwise.
readme.txt
Code: Select all
The path variable must have a trailing '/' BUT ONLY if it is NOT empty, eg.: let dataPath='' is the dafault value;
ie
however site manager.js states:
Code: Select all
let dataPath = 'data'; // Set to the path where your data is uploaded
Either way. the readme.txt or site-manager.js needs to change to state that.

Neil,
there is a small issue with the soil moisture trend. The attached image shows it best but it displays 16xunits (i.e %) on Y axis and on pop-up.
Cheers

Hi
Had a look and there is no obvious reason why this is happening. Does it show up on your Interface? However, you might like to try editing lines 2125 & 2175 in the charts.js file.
Code: Select all
title: {text: 'Moisture (' + config.soilmoisture.units[1] + ')'},
and
Code: Select all
valueSuffix: ' ' + config.soilmoisture.units[1]
I can't think that it will make a change but as I don't have any soli moisture sensors, I cannot check. It appears as though a units symbol is being added for each sensor that it is possible to have.
Neil.

Hi all
I have just release a totally new (well almost) version of the default website. It has a new set of themes and holds all configuration data in one place - the page-manager.js file. You can see it on my site:
https://ai2weather.uk and read about it on my wiki at
https://oaktreewebs.co.uk/wiki/.
It can be downloaded from the
https://cumuluswiki.org/a/Default_Website_Development and from mine.
Neil.

Hi Neil,
Just noticed the monthly records page the month of April button is not formatted correctly. Line 82 in recordsmonthly.html is missing an 'i' in ax-btn-gradient-up.
Regards,
Trevor
