Unable to access "Extra Web Files"

I noticed the realtime.xml file I had setup for my phone app to use was no longer being updated, when I tried to access "Extra Web Files" via the Cumulus MX web interface I'm getting the attached error in my browser.

I'd been having a problem with my Weather Underground password not staying changed (I reset it some time ago, every time the power goes out/my cat knocks the power cord out of my Raspberry Pi running Cumulus MX I have to reset it) so I opted to create a back-up of all my Cumulus Data and "re-install" Cumulus by copying all files to the Pi again (and restoring my data back-ups). Interestingly enough everything is behaving exactly as it did before.

I've looked through the forum here and wasn't seeing any mention of either of these two issues by anyone else. Anyone run across something similar? I've been using Cumulus MX for quite some time now without any major issue (other than I have so much historical data it's extremely slow to startup on my old Pi)

This error is being thrown by the third party editablegrid component. I'm afraid I have no idea what it means.

I have no idea what that even is... to the best of my knowledge I don't have anything third party installed...

Even more curious - I just went to double check something and noticed the "fresh" directory containing Cumulus MX isn't fresh... what was:

Not only is the new directory not there but stuff I deleted is back.... (after a reboot)

time to start over fresh I think... now to make sure I have everything necessary backed up...

It's a component used by Cumulus MX.
