Has anyone one come accross this before

Hi Everyone I have only recently set up my own personal weather station and I have swtiched to Cumulus 1.8.7 build 819 software form Easy weather.

I am wonderfing if there is a clitch in the software that may cause it to send the same raw data to a server like the one used PWS (Personal Weather Stations) the problem is intermitent and onlu last for a couple of hours. There are no error logs for the web up load of data and the software is still functioning normally in all other respects.

I am using an X 7062 weather station which is the same as WS 1081.

The actual problem is the same data is transmitted every 30 minutes for a period of about 2 hours then it seems to return to normal.

I have discussed the problem with the support staff at PWS and they recommended I post the same information here as well.

The data uploaded to PWS is created each time from the current values, so there's no way that it could upload the same data repeatedly if the display is changing. Are you sure it's not just failing to upload?

If you turn on the debug log, that will show the PWS uploads, including any errors.

Thank you Steve for youprompt and good advice I have now turned on the log reports and will see what happens.

I have gone back again and had a look at the data and there may be an intermitent problem with the receiver for the weather station itself. I am in the process of investingatingthis as well.
