Cumulus Support

Hi Steve,

I went open cumulus on my Win 10 PC to upload the data to WU from my Pro 2, but Cumulus failed to download the archived data, as it went straight to live data, there was about 2 days worth of data on the logger.

The Data logger is ticked on the menu so I'm not sure, it also did it yesterday as well. Diags are below:

Your station says there are no logger entries to download. You appear to have the station logger and Cumulus set to different logging intervals, against the recommendations in the readme.txt and elsewhere. This can cause the problem you are seeing (the logger firmware design doesn't allow for retrieving of archive entries from a point in time which doesn't exactly correspond to the timestamp of one of its entries, and behaves unpredictably when asked to do so, sometimes sending the entire logger contents, sometimes sending nothing).
