Hi All,
Had the version 1 working ok and though I would have a look at MX but I cant seem to set the location for the easyweather.dat?
I can see it in the .ini file so is this where it gets set from or is it in the GUI?
If you have to type it in the .ini how is the format? do you need c:\cumulus\data\easyweather.dat or just \data or something else?
Help appeciated and seasons greetings to all

Re: easyweather.dat location & config
Yes, if you want to use MX "piggy backed" off Easyweather (because it's a WS1001 which won't work directly with Cumulus?), you will need to set the easyweather.dat location in Cumulus.ini - you'll need to set the full path including the drive letter, e.g. c:\cumulus\data\easyweather.dat in the example you give. That's a rather odd location for the easyweather.dat file, though, it would normally be in the directory where Easyweather is installed - do you really have it installed in the Cumulus data directory?

Re: easyweather.dat location & config
Thanks, the file location was only a test and is now working apart from field 28 & 29 which is light reading and UV. But I'm not sure if this is easyweatherplus or just standard as I dont get the values in MX on the gauges any advice?

Re: easyweather.dat location & config
Ate the values present, in the correct place, in your easyweather.dat file? Have you selected the 'extra sensors' option in the MX station settings?
