Hi,
I used the converter to use most of this year's WeatherLink data. The dayfile values look fine but the high/low values at the time they've occurred is not being read properly. It shows as very high values on 12/30/1899. What can I do to fix these entries please, spreadsheet work or what? The current month, December, is fine.
Thanks,
Glenn

Re: Weatherlink to CumulusMX Conversion Error
You have to build those yourself, aided by Cumulus in the case of Cumulus 1, which has built-in facilities for this. MX does not as yet.

Re: Weatherlink to CumulusMX Conversion Error
Can you please tell me what files and columns require correction? It doesn't appear that I can directly edit the month records within MX. I have saved each month's high/low/mean values into separate text files for reference.
Thanks
Thanks

The files are all described in the wiki, indexed from here - http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/Category:Log_Files - there's also information in the FAQ and wiki about correcting records, which may be useful (apart from the references to the built-in editors in Cumulus 1).
All-time records, for example, are in alltime.ini. Edit files with MX stopped.

Re: Weatherlink to CumulusMX Conversion Error
Hi,
I fixed much of my dayfile using the attached spreadsheet. I copied my dayfile test in as csv, comma separated values, format, made the corrections and then saved out the data portion to dayfile.csv which I then renamed to dayfile.txt. Just posting this in case it is of help to someone in the future.
