Hi All,
Have been searching & can't seem to find a result.
I presume the is a list of possible new features that may be added in the future?
Can't seem to find a thread here or in the Wiki.
Also is there a thread for suggesting new features that are not already included in the likes of the above?
Can anyone provide a couple of links?
Thanks
Phil.

Re: New Feature Wish List
The 'enhancement request' list was part of the forum by virtue of a PHPBB extension, which isn't available now that I have upgraded to the latest version. I haven't yet replaced it with anything. It was a huge list, and the contents will be preserved somewhere in the database. I may look at resurrecting it in some other form at some point.
If your requests are trivial, you can just post in them in the forum, and I may just fit them in to the next release. It's going to be quite some time before I can look at adding any major facilities; I still have a long list of 'missing' features to add first - those that were in Cumulus 1 but not yet in MX; see the post elsewhere about this.

Re: New Feature Wish List
Thanks Steve,
Yes I've looked over the Missing from MX Vs Version 1 thread.
The two reading I had in mind were:-
1. Accumulated, daily, monthly & YTD Evapotranspiration.
I can see this as a month to date reading on my Pro2 console, but not in Cumulus.
Pretty sure I've checked all the available tags.
2. Accumulated, daily & monthly Solar radiation.
I presume this could be expressed as Watts metre² hours, obtaining a value by summing each reading by the reading interval for a total daily yield of solar energy (even if somewhat approximate.
I hope these thoughts would be of interest to may users, particularly those interested in rain Vs ET for cropping & those interested in the theoretical amount of solar yield available.
Cheers
Phil.

Re: New Feature Wish List
I think these were on the list, along with the other missing items such as all-time records. There are a number of readings which don't currently get as much analysis as the main readings such as temperature, and the hope is that eventually, all of them will get treated pretty much the same. Eventually...

Looking at the Bureau of Meteorology & MJ/m² is the correct value for solar yield.Phil23 wrote:2. Accumulated, daily & monthly Solar radiation.

Just did a rough estimation on yesterdays solar yield by summing hourly readings & converting watt hours to MJ.
Very approximate, using only hourly samples, but came up with 28.3MJ/m² for yesterday which is in the ball park of the BOM's figures, which show similar highs for October.
More frequent sampling would improve the accuracy immensely.
Cheers

Re: New Feature Wish List
Any possibility to include snow webtag and dayfile entry sometime in the future build?
