External Updates Have Failed

Something is wrong and I do not know what, please see attached. Please note .ini copy has passwords covered.

This is the only information given to Cumulus when it tries the WU update, so it's hard to pinpoint the problem.

2016-10-14 12:16:01.763 WU update: An error occurred while sending the request.

Some kind of problem with the connection to the internet perhaps.

Okay I rebuilt my system and reinstalled CumulusMX and received an error I hope you can tell me where to correct. Error message is:

Looks to me like a Firewall problem that is stopping the port connecting.

Are you running Cumulus as administrator? It needs that to be able to start the http listener, unless you use the netsh command, as mentioned in the instructions.
