Website not receiving updates after 17.15 today, Cumulus1 reporting FTP error code 500. FilezillaFTP not working errorcode 421. Internet otherwise working. Any thoughts as to why FTP might have failed?

Error 500 is usually because the FTP client is failing to change directories. Error 421 is to many connections, probably caused by the previous error leaving connections idle. Do you have a Control Panel to free up the idle connections?
