The last log seems to show CMX is connecting to your station OK, downloading the archive data, then starting normal running.
The error message implies you may have a Davis IP logger? Have you disabled the network updates on the logger (you have the CMX disconnect period set to zero)?

Re: Failure on new RPi install: steelseries_tween.min.js:24
yes, there is an ip logger on the vp2. not sure what the disconnect parameter is. fyi, i found that i could not launch the web interface with Epiphany browser on RPi as it would lock up the browser. i managed to get it to work jusing firefox ers browser. when i spotted the fail on another machine looking at WU, i found that on the RPi the browser was crashed with the error in the headline above. i then checked the terminal and found the error mentioned above. i killed the browser and then restarted CMX and checked it was working via WU on another machine and the terminal on the rpi.

It's not possible for me to decode encrypted stack traces any more (and future builds won't encrypt them) so I can't tell exactly where the problem is, but I think it's the web sockets connection to the browser to send the current data. It appears that the connection is failing, probably being disconnected by the browser.

is there a recommended browser for the RPi when running CMX? Epiphany will definitely not work, Firefox seems to work but then this.

Re: Failure on new RPi install: steelseries_tween.min.js:24
Epiphany worked OK for me when I tried it, but I didn't test it over an extended period, not wishing to run a browser on my Pi - as it was headless, that was rather pointless.

well, running without the browser up worls a treat. cpu usage is miniscule and it just keeps ticking along.thinking it might be cool to rum CMX and Open Sprinkper on the same RPI...ANYONE DOING THAT ALRADY?

I had problems with viewing the browser page directly on the RP3 with Epiphany. It might work a few times but then would quit working. Clearing history is a temporary fix. I just open the page on another PC on the network using the IP Address, 192.168.1.110:8998. in my case and It works every time in Firefox or Chrome.
