Cumulus v3.0.0 (3041) FTP port setting not used

Hi.

I have run into an interesting issue with the FTP port setting. I have updated the podr in the web interface, then restarted mx. Just to check i shut down mx and edited the ini manually to specify the server ftp port. Both times mx tries to connect on port 21 and ignores the port setting in the ini.

From the Cumulus.ini file

However when checking the server no files are uploaded. Further investigations showed the following from the MXDiag file

2016-09-08 20:26:44.744 Error connecting ftp - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:21

Is this a known issue or is there a work around.

MX is running on win 10 latest fast track release.

I've forgotten to set the port number in the ftp component - I'll fix it in the next build.
