Build 3041 - RainLast24Hours to data available to Dashboard

Not sure if someone else noticed or posted on this but I created an HTML element on my dashboard and used the ID of RainLast24Hours and it wasn't working. After putting a line of code in dashboard.js to dump all of the data keys to the console log, I found out that the ID should be RainLast24Hour (not plural). Works good now.
