Hi,

I missing the may, june and july monthly log file in cumulus data.

All ather monthly log file from last year and from this year are available only the may16log.txt, jun16log.txt and jul16log.txt are missing.

what could be the Problem?

Could be for all kinds of reasons, but it's probably too late to say now. Unless your diags files go back as far as July? How much of your August file is there - when does it start?

the first diags-file is from 22.08.2016 / 16:49 Uhr

the monthly log ends at 30. April 2016 / 23:59 Uhr and begins at 01. August 2016 / 00:00 Uhr, between the log-files are missing.

for your Information:
cumulus runs on my PC 24hour and 365days, my PC is always online.

In that case, the most likely scenario is that those files were deleted (or moved) and the only thing I can tell you with absolute certainty is that it wasn't Cumulus that did it.

Have you looked in the dayfile.txt file to see if Cumulus was indeed writing entries during that time?

Also, have you by chance checked your recycle bin for those missing files? You never know.

Any backups?

Did you search your computer? I've had a few instances where folders were not showing up where they had been, and then by opening other folders found that the missing folders and files were somehow added as subfolders to another folder. Both on my computer and on webhost. No recollection of how it happened, but it did, and likely by mistakenly dragging the folders.

Recycle is empty, because I clear it periodic.

And yes, I´ve search my Computer (windows7) for the lost files, but I could not find anything

And I have no backup for the "missing time" and the cumulus automatically back up goes only to august2016

Are you running AV software? Any chance it may have quarantined if you are?

Please don't rely on the Cumulus "backups" as a way of keeping safe copies of your data, it's not what they are intended for.

the AV-Software, that would be an Option.
I use the AV-Software for many years (avira anti vir) and all log-files from cumulus exists, only the log file from may to july are missing.
I don´t can find this log files, I search all files, but I don´t can find the missing data

I think, I lost this files
it's annoying, because this was the "summer" files with the interested temperature
