Have you looked at the MX FAQ and tried what it suggests for this issue?
"The Dashboard, Now, and Gauges pages all get their data using web sockets (on port 8002). If they are not displaying data for you, you have some issue somewhere on your system preventing that from working - a firewall issue, or perhaps a browser issue. If you can't get web sockets working on your system, you could switch to using Ajax for the data. See the announcement for build 3032 for instructions."

And it doesn't work if you use Ajax? That's very odd, that just uses the same port as http. Are there any errors in the F12 console in your browser?

Sorry, I've no idea what that error means. Have you changed the JavaScript so that it uses Ajax?

At a wild guess, try clearing the browser cache for that site. I've never seen that error before either.

Hello all,
i find something out. When the station lost the contact to the sensor outside, cumulus don´t show any data in dashboard. after restart from cumulus it works until the station lost the next time the connection to the sensor. is it possible?
greetings
joerg

It's possible that it doesn't start the timer to send the websockets data if there is no sensor contact when it starts up, just as it doesn't start the other timers, as mentioned in the main FAQ.
I can't see how it would stop sending the websockets data if the sensor contact is lost after it has started up. However, I have no idea whether you are still using websockets; I keep asking you if you have changed to using Ajax and you don't answer, and I'm afraid there's a limit to how many times I'm prepared to keep on asking the same question. It makes it too hard to help when requested information isn't given.

That's what you need to change, yes, but note that the word is "false".
