wrong maximum value for longitude field

Topics about the Beta trials up to Build 3043, the last build by Cumulus's founder Steve Loft. It was by this time way out of Beta but Steve wanted to keep it that way until he made a decision on his and Cumulus's future.

wrong maximum value for longitude field

Post by iw2lao »

Hello,
I'm refining my geographic coordinates on cumulusMX location but I noted a wong limitation on seconds latitude:
I need to enter 10 Degrees, 14 Minutes and 83 Seconds but the limitation on this last one is 59
thanks for your comments

You can't have more than 59 seconds. 60 seconds = 1 minute.

If you've determined your latitude to be 10 Degrees, 14 Minutes and 83 Seconds then you've done something wrong, perhaps in converting from decimal degrees to degrees-minutes-seconds.
