Delay in uploading to Met office WOW site

Topics about the Beta trials up to Build 3043, the last build by Cumulus's founder Steve Loft. It was by this time way out of Beta but Steve wanted to keep it that way until he made a decision on his and Cumulus's future.

Delay in uploading to Met office WOW site

Post by dmac »

I have developed a 4.5hr delay in uploading to met office site which could be a problem at their end. The result it that station is not displayed unless filter reset to look back in time. Upload to weatherrcloud site are as normal.

Cumulus mx dashboard displays last station update 3h 18m behind last cumulus update. I do not know what the difference is.

Using davis vantage vue (power down no effect) and raspberry pi2 (restart cumulus no effect)

Weird?

It sounds like the clock is wrong on your Pi.

Incidentally, this will also be the cause of your daily rainfall discrepancy, as reported in this thread - https://cumulus.hosiene.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=15483

It's possible that it's your Vue clock that is wrong rather than your Pi, but one or both of them is definitely wrong.
