Is the new build 3040 ok to be upgraded for watson w-8186 weather station or is it only for instrumets weather stations

It's a normal build, like any other. It just happens to only have changes that apply to Instromet stations.

Instromets weather station does mine fit in that catergory?

Sorry to hear to that your weather station been took down. Cant you afford to pay for another one?

If you select "Instromet" for station type, then you have an Instromet station.

I was going to be closing the station down soon anyway, I'm not going to be here. I'll be posting about this soon.
