Yes but only if you have a Davis and use VVP and it works for you http://www.wxforum.net/index.php?topic=29934.0

No disadvantages with Cumulus for me ;)

Enjoy,
Paul

Just received a VP2 with Weatherlink USB & I'm wondering the same.

I know the USB can't be shared but what about Weatherlink IP.

Many on my other IP devices allow multiple connection, what about the Davis.

Does it allow multiple TCP connections to the same port?

Other thing, being new to it; is the communications only one way?

That would further support the idea that multiple IP connections could exist.

Thanks

Phil,

Sorry, only one connection at a time to WeatherlinkIP - it cannot function as a multi-client server.
