Problem installing mono on Pi3

Hi I have been reading about using pi to run my dvp2 with cumulus mx and looking at the steps to get there I have a Pi 3 running raspian I know I need to run mono on there as a 1st step it all goes well until the end, I get (The assembly mscorlib dll was not found or could not be loaded) not 100% sure were I am going wrong, not sure if it a rasperry pie 3 thing or just me getting something wrong.

Have you installed package mono-complete?

Hi Steve yes I followed instructions, to the letter or so I thought I will give it another go tomorrow

Sorry for the delay, not had a chance to do anything else with the pi as yet, will have another look at it
again tomorrow.
