Popup thumbnail image

Hi all,
Hoping someone can assist me with my almost non-existent html skills. I have added an almanac page to my website (http://jandakotwa.dyndns.org/almanac.htm) using the MX webpage templates. The page is just a simple table of data from my local meterology bureau with a popup chart for each item. The popup chart is called by clicking on a small thumbnail image. When I open the template file (almanacT.htm) in a browser, all looks good with the thumbnail images visible. When the template files gets processed by MX however, the thumbnail image just shows as a missing image link. Try as I might, I cannot get the image to display. The link still works fine and the popup charts display fine also. I tried to upload the template file but the upload was rejected as a possible attack vector. The line I have in the template file to call the thumbnail (thumbnail filename is download.jpg) and the popup chart is:
