CumulusRealtime won't load.

I just tried using CumulusRealtime but I am having a problem getting it to load on my webpage. The screen starts to load but then I get the following error message.

I have uninstalled then reinstalled Silverlight 3 a couple of times without any luck.

Almost certainly this is because your web server is not configured to recognise Silverlight applications. Is it IIS? If so, this page may help:

Thank you for your quick reply. I am currently using 1&1 web hosting service. I have contacted them to see if they support Silverlight and if so what I need to do to get it working. Thanks angain for your quick reply.

Yeah, I have read a few articles on 1&1 and Silverlight problems. I think they use older versions of IIS servers which need tweaking to support it.

Although, they apparently have around 55,000 web servers so it might take some time to update them all

There's a possible work around which might help until 1&1 get their act together. Rename the .xap file to a .zip file (and change the html accordingly). This seems to work for some people.
