Lowest Apparent Temperature -44.5 °C
Lowest Wind Chill Temperature -40.6 °C 03:26 on 04 July
Highest Heat Index 21.4 °C

Have a look at the FAQ and the wiki, there's lots of information in there about correcting data. If those are your all-time records, you can just use the editor in Cumulus, and you can get the old correct figures from the alltimelog.txt file.
