Updating to Cumulus MX last version available

Topics about the Beta trials up to Build 3043, the last build by Cumulus's founder Steve Loft. It was by this time way out of Beta but Steve wanted to keep it that way until he made a decision on his and Cumulus's future.

Updating to Cumulus MX last version available

Last November I installed Cumulus MX on my Raspberry Pi2; Cumulus version is 3.0.0 build 3036.
Now I want to upgrade to new Version v3.0.0 build 3038.
I've download CumulusMXDist3038.zip and now... How should I do to install the newer version without make a mess in my weather station data?

Just copy the files from the release into your existing installation. I'm pretty sure it does say that somewhere, in the instructions or the FAQ, or somewhere...
